The rooms were well-kept with a brand-new feel and had balconies. The location was unbeatable and convenient; an American museum was just a 10-15 minutes' walk away. The area was really comfortable and was a perfect base for my stay.

Everything was simply perfectly fine. The hotel was an easy base for enjoying a very comfortable area, close enough to Milwaukee's main attractions and restaurants and a basketball tournament and Milwaukee for a concert rooms or a play rooms are always well kept. It had perfect and convenient location 4-6 minutes walking distance from a public sculpture. The vibe here was relaxing. They offered ironing at no cost too.

The location was good and absolutely perfect, close to a mall, which was helpful. Had nice treats at Refuge Smoothie Cafe, just a short walk from the hotel.

We had to ask for sheets and blankets to make bed. Confusion with breakfast and. Parking deck. Didnt enjoy paying for parking since we were guests.

My king room was equipped with a refrigerator, coffee/tea making equipment and a seating area. The bed was exceptionally comfortable; and there was a bath. The place had a relaxing atmosphere.

The hotel needed updating.

The location here is amazing and we could easily walk to a beautiful public sculpture, plus our room was spotless and well-equipped.

You had a pantry with items for sale but milk / cream for coffee wasn't available unless the restaurant was open.

The staff was very attentive and provided quick service. The rooms are newly remodelled and a good size. The location is good and absolutely perfect, just a 10-15 minute walk from Historic Third Ward.

Nice hot tub, great location, nice complimentary toiletries (Paul Mitchell!), friendly staff - they even sent us a birthday card since they knew we were celebrating a birthday! That was a really nice touch and was much appreciated!

I thought the bed was great, very trendy decor throughout the hotel. Great location as well. I really appreciated the make up remover as an amenity.

I thought the bathrooms could be upgraded and the lighting around the sink area could be better.

This place is spotless, has lovely views, a convenient downtown location, well-appointed, beautiful rooms with private bathrooms.

Easy walk to the Wisconsin Center (through an indoor mall, attached).

We loved everything! The staff was excellent. It was located on a great party of town as well.

The only thing was that the website didn't spell my name correctly. It was bit difficult to check in.
